“Towards more and better”
1. How do you define yourself when no one is looking?
Hardworking, sincere, empathetic, affectionate, self-demanding, and passionate.
2. When you think about your talent, about what you contribute beyond your role, about what makes you unique, what would you say it is?
The way people are treated, I am always interested in knowing how the people close to me feel and what they need.
3. What values govern your life and how do they manifest in your daily life?
Rigor, discipline, and dedication forge and feed my way of being and doing. I seek excellence because the effort between doing something well and doing it very well is small but the result is very different. I am a born fighter and I use this in my daily work and apply it to the education of my children, who are the most important thing I have and to whom I dedicate myself.
4. What do you look for in what you do, professionally or personally?
Personally, I’m clear: to learn! Every day and from every person I meet. Professionally, to improve people’s lives as much as I can. I always try to ensure my work has meaning, that it contributes to making a positive impact on our society. That is what motivates me and what I like to dedicate all my energy to. Challenges!
5. What do you fall in love with, what moves you, what excites you?
Intelligence, talent, justice, and kindness.
6. What do you deeply detest?
Hypocrisy.

7. What happens when people truly see you?
I am what you see. Transparent. I don’t pretend. I either am unconditionally liked or not liked. But I hide nothing.
8. What kind of decisions do you like to be involved in?
In all of them, but especially in the difficult ones that require arguments and contrasting to be accepted.
9. What kind of conversations do you think are missing in companies today?
It depends on the company, but always those concerning people and their well-being
10.What is a valuable thing you learned from a failure?
That when something ends, it hurts, but it can lead you to another stage that may even be much better than the previous one. And that mediocrity is the greatest enemy of talent.
11. How do you know you have contributed value to a project or a professional relationship?
When my contribution achieves the approval and motivation of all involved people and improves the project/service/relationship.
12. If you had to choose a famous phrase that represents you, which one would it be?
“Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working.” By Picasso.
13. What would you like to explore or build at this stage of your life?
Whatever contributes to making people better and living in peace with themselves.
14. . If you could write a sentence that someone would remember about you 10 years from now, what would it be?
The one I sign many of my emails with: “Towards more and better” (Catalan expression).
